Biography

Diego Gonzalez is the newest associate attorney for 305 Ticket Defense, where he will be primarily focused on the areas of criminal defense law and traffic ticket defense. Diego graduated with a B.A. in International Affairs from Florida State University in 2018 and received his J.D. from Saint Thomas University College of Law in 2021. He was admitted to practice law in Florida in September of 2021. Diego served two years as an assistant public defender for the Law Offices of the Public Defender in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit, where he was tasked with advocating for hundreds of indigent citizens accused of misdemeanors and/or felony criminal charges in Miami-Dade county. Diego now hopes to use his experience in trial advocacy and growing understanding of the law to continue assisting clients in the community in their legal matters.
